Hi Ivconic,

Another thing that may help your PC run faster is to use Lavasoft Adaware - free version to remove ad-ware and some viruses. This will remove many embedded adwares that are not really viruses, but they still cause your PC to run slow by using resident memory and transferring data while you are trying to download.

This is not a memory resident program. You run it once every couple weeks or whenever you notice your PC is running slow. It will scan your hard drive and report to you all the suspicious files and programs so you can choose which to delete. It has found viruses as well as advertising for me.

I have NAV also, but not using it, slow down my pc to much! I am using AVG, Kaspersky,Panda and few more..but ocassionally, not always. Whenevere i have doubts, install those,check and later uninstall...Dont like to many residents in memory...No harm done except waste of time and nervs...I do backups every 3-4 days due lot of downloads dailly...a lot of works also...
Trojan&Virus makers....they can suck my ....barrell!

Quiaozhi , yesterday i discovered 28 copies of Win32:Hidrag in my system!!??? Malicious very, i heard ocassional "write,write" from my hd....It seems it is choosing same spot on hd and constantly write and delete few bytes with intentions to destroy magnetic media on hd surface??? What a sick apes done this? I have nice thought about their mothers,sisters,daughters and all female they have in familly! Very nice and sexy thoughts!
Now problem is solved,pc is clean and i dont have problems with connections.....soerry Forum for my previous doubts!

Glad to hear your problem is resolved. Personally I use Norton Antivirus software to protect my system. I know it's expensive, but it works!
There are so many "sick apes" around that it's worth every penny.

Hi Ivconic,

It is not important to download the video. This would take about 20 minutes to download even if your dialup worked ok. The video shows 2 people who bought fraud detector, then both returned to make modifications to the face and body of the man who built and sold them these fraud detectors.

I can give you a quick lesson about money: If people see you have a detector that will work right in front of them, then they will give you lots of money in exchange for you give them your detector. This is the most important basic lesson of money.

It think it must be a local problem because it's ok for me.
Only nasty problem I had recently was constantly getting the message "webpage cannot be displayed" on all websites. Then after hitting refresh many times it would work. Also, sometimes the response was normal for a while. There were no viruses or spyware on my system. What do you think it was?

Answer: My router was set up with some extra Firewall rules to allow Warcraft to run more quickly. This is my son's obsession, not mine. There were a number of rules there that were no longer required. For some reason the recent Windoze upgrade on our machines had caused some of these now unused settings to become a problem. After removing these extra rules everything started working ok, except Explorer would try to open a Microsoft webpage when it was first started instead of going to the home page, and then stop with "error on page". In case you encounter this problem yourself, you need to download some free software called "IE7_Runonce_Remover.exe".

So everything here is now running as normal.

among low budget detectors here in Serbia. Few amateurs are still
building this and selling at various prices. From 200e up to 400e!!!!
One of local frauds is advertising it as deepest detector on market!?
"It can detect single coin at 60cm distance..."!!??
He even shot advertising video clip, showing "detection" at 60 cm distance!

Of course,there are lot of naives who beleived and wasted money on it.
I had chance to test it; coil was made in horror manner!??? Absolute
UNNULLED with HUGE wire gauges...totally nonsenced wired up...
It producing bedlam of false signals...
Maybe from this schematic could be maden good and useable detector, but
those what i saw already, are scum! Totally unuseable on soil due a lot
of false signals...mostly cose worse made coil i ever saw in my life!
Also discrimination is NONE! Cant distinguish among metals at all.
Buyers from Serbia BEWARE! Do not waste your money on frauds!

For example optocoupler is missing from pcb but it is wired up in air

There is anecdote cycle arround that one of those were sold even in
Germany to some naive customer for 1000e !!!!! That poor German beleived
in mighty,fraudlent advertisment from here and ordered it!?
Again hah,hah,hah,hah!!! I mean; i am so sorry for poor man...
There are dozen of naive customers here, i already know. Those people already
wasted money and lost all credence in any new, eventual hand made here...
I have a lot of problems to explain to those that i have nothing to do with this!
I made several CL3's, dozen DP's and now i am making TGS Light's....
Already sold 2 TGSL's and my "customers" are more than satisfied...
But do have a lot of problems cose frauds like this one and lost credence
among people. Bad news are spreading very fast...so it is very hard to sell
good detector here in Serbia, these days...
I am interested if there is any other variation of this detector and any other
(better) pcb?
Miserable owners of this one are calling me day by day asking for some upgrade or
modification cose original seller is refusing to give money back to them, explaining
that all Unfunctionallity of this detector is caused by inproper handling...!???

I don't know about this one.
Schematic seems ok... though simplified (and sloppy) version of other things.
I think in original ones disc could works good too. To me have sense.

Lacks are around tx stage, audio... maybe rx preamp too

I think that who made that units to sell actually haven't designed nothing but just reassembled existing stuff in a sloppy way.

Also coils seems are made, from your description, in a way they can't work any good.

I think that people involved started a "production" of these but at the end without any reliability... any good idea of quality standards... etc
homemade for the masses. Can't give any good at the end of the day... apart a huge bank account.

Maybe it is a good idea for you to order parts to build 10 golden sabre detectors. When you are done building them, you will have an answer for the people who want some help for bad Serbian detector upgrade. You can tell them you have a real guaranteed metal detector that will find real treasure, for only 400e. When you demonstrate the detector work in front of the eyes of people, then they will buy your detector and throw old fraud detector in trash. Maybe after 2 or 3 months you will be king of Serbian detectors. Maybe you will become a rich detector manufacturer. No Serbian fraud knows the method you have for tuning the coils, so they cannot make the same performance even if they copy the schematic.

Already Mineoro is not happy because they cannot buy your designs.
Maybe you can become the best Serbian metal detector manufacturer...
