I created a diagram for you. good luck!

Your charger has enough power for single cell balance charging.
this way you also will get the best performance and power.
The voltage difference is no problem, you will measure more
voltage if the accus are connected at the charger and almost full.
If you cannot set it to 3000mA manual while balance charging
set it to AUTO cut off at 10mAh over.
But usual this is for
NiMH only. Li-Ion loading has a cut off if the power has
reached 4,2v.
short info:
- solder cables at your accu-pack with useful contact for the
balance charging connectors (2times 5 cables and connector)
- switch on the charger and set to li ion balance auto or 3000mA
- connect correct cables with the plugs for balance charging
Start at the (-) (PIN1 or Pin6) and use the 4 following plugs left.
- wait around 1h until the first 4 accus are fully charged and
then connect the other 4 accus and load them, too.
Have Fun!!!
