[COTIZACI?N = gallico58; 291604]Hi all, I made the dd coil for idx pro and built following the silverdog pcb with success, it is very good.
now I have some doubts in the choice of shielded cables for connection to the board and how to connect the shields of the cables since the rx part uses the ground, while the tx uses the negative and they cannot be connected together.
is there an exact connection diagram?
in my bench tests I used 2 separate shielded cables, but the sleeves and also the shielding of the coils cannot be joined.
    how to do? [/ CITA]

    Thank you very much gallico58.
I don't know if this configuration of the coil connections to the PCB is correct, but I used it in my SMW which is similar to IDX PRO and they advised me to use B.

Hi Ruben, the pcb is that of red silverdog and I followed the screen printing with eduardo's scheme too (you can find several versions on the forum with small changes).

Hello gallico58, could you post the scheme according to your PCB please, it is that I want to compare because I do not obtain ground balance.

Here you will find a solution for it.

[QUOTE = Uiliam950; 291693] ?cu?l es la forma m?s sencilla de medir la frecuencia de la bobina rx?
?Puedo cambiar la bobina tx y poner la bobina rx solo para poder medir la frecuencia? [/ QUOTE]

Hello Uiliam950, you can use this coil generator only connect RX and CX in paraletum and measure with a multimeter or oscillosciope at the output.Click image for larger version

Note that whatever frequency the RX coil is tuned to, the received frequency will always be the same as the TX frequency. The RX amplitude will be maximum at resonance, but will be lower as the RX coil is de-tuned. The simplest method is to measure the coil inductance and associated capacitance, and then calculate the frequency.

Yes, but the coil frequency is also dependent on the cap in the TX oscillator circuit.
Do the calculation of what frequency the coil will oscillate at with the TX circuit's cap and the target inductance of the RX coil.

the path to see the RX non-series parallel resonance is a connection to coil tester output of your o-scope. you will not
see clear sinusoidal signal. you will see a signal with frequency of the resonance.

How can we follow the path to see the RX Series/voltage resonant frequency.?

parallel/voltage resonance you mean. IDX/Classic were done under this type of coil. ie the capacitor connected to TX winding.
L plus C give you the resonance contour you want to measure the frequence of it.
i did especial board for this. https://www.geotech1.com/forums/show...ester-of-coils

what I would like to know is if measuring the coil frequency is done with the coil connected to the idx pro board or is it in some other device
