MCP1703 is 8v LDO voltage reg. - any 8v reg is ok, LDO will give a bit more battery life
I have some MCP602 if you need some

It is good. Try extracting (one side of) R24 to increase sensitivity of discrimination. it is the blue one on your board next to U4.

Could you please try connecting your scope to a jumper as indicated on the attached picture and see what residual unbalanced voltage is found here. If under 100mV you're golden, and you can seek your problem elsewhere.
Otherwise try to reduce this to as low as possible by carefully balancing your coil.

Edit: I added a green ground connection too.

Shielding coil is formed carbon (fine powder) dissolved in acetone lacquer. R is approximately 500 ohms / 5 cm.

You mention in PP its real good. This says

    your coil must be OK.
    GEB CH is working
    PP CH is working

Its when your in normal disc mode its weak - take a look at the disc CH

To clean a PCB I use an old toothbrush and methylated spirits (alcohol, also called denatured spirits in some areas). Use them to scrub the dirt and flux away, pat off with clean kitchen roll....It can make some serious changes to sensitive circuitry.....

The coil is DD, when I override coils I get _____________________ on oscilloscope on RX coil. The rejection of iron is not good. I will clean my pcb. I will inform you about.

I really don know what is wrong, pinpoint work perfect with them I can detect 1€ at 28 cm so I think that coil is good set. What can be reason for that pure performance ? Any sugestion?

I make from this pcb, from attachment
If the cancellation of the coils is good, then you have to change the LF347 and U4 (LM393). You have to get some IC with more gain. The rejection of the ferrite and iron as they are?. Many factors can influence. The PCB is not very clean. Try what I said and tell us what happened. Regards.
