do not put it on first stage. check DP in real hunting. you have to get working detector and learn a sound.
then after some experience solder it on bottom pcb side. this is tantalum cap.
with it you will not hear a sound on turn on and no need to press RESET knob,
because automatic SAT reset going.

What's the story with "dozen" knobs on front panel!??
Usually is desirable to simplify it and decrease number of front panel commands.
