I personally didn't like these and I've bought them and to me they are fake. If you find one like the one in this picture, I think it's original, but yes, they have been discontinued.Originally posted by kt315 View PostLF356 are being also fake. Hi algan,
According to the label on the top, this part is manufactured in 16-th week of 1991 year (if the label is not fake). It will be more good if DIY peoples haves possibility to use contemporary parts.Last edited by Detectorist#1; 08-11-2025, 06:46 AM.

Hi GeoMax, I came across this by accident, but this store is in Germany and has LF357N. I think it is original, but until it is tested, it is impossible to say for sure.

i had learned pics of 357s. and yes, i noted original one has cropped edges legs. is it a rule for all 357s or not i can not know but it is sure good sign of to be the original.Originally posted by algan View PostI personally didn't like these and I've bought them and to me they are fake. And you tested the LT1122 on some pulse metal detector like Delta Pulse2 or Polonaise Pi, tell me if it definitely works compared to the fake ones, is there a drastic difference in depth. It is not said that if the parameters are good, it will work.Originally posted by Maurizio2 View PostHi!
The LT1122 is a good choice.
Buy it from an authorized dealer.
