Iron discrimination?
I must have missed something in that video, despite watching it twice.
The pliers gave a strong audio response, and were definitely not rejected.

Its really funny. This manipulation of the threshold will cancel the iron and cancel with it gold and copper, or at least reduce the sensitivity distance

hello friend tl12000 is a very good detector that detect a 24mm coin in 40 cm i searched the net for a true schematic but no luck .
som one give me a device and i decide to drawn a good schematic for you guys .. this is double checked and 100 working shematic. please somone make a good layout file from this thanks ..

Hi,

I had a quick look at your hand drawing and see already some problems. The connected R=330Ohm across pin 1 & 3 of the voltage regulator LM7809 is very doubtfull. Also the capacitor "100mKt" at the first 555 timer is not a capacitor value.
