Yes.I use his modification.

You can changes 2 resistors and and will make 25V with standart Rh oscilator.
Generator is stable but you use small wire 0.3 for tx? ... big resistance for tx .

20 ma? The Minelab oscillator only draws 10 - 11 ma and can be put into class C for 4 ma draw.
The IDX oscillator will run at 6 khz and draw significantly less too...
