what coincidence i was doing that while you were typing this comment and you are so right it gives positive the detecting range increased to 5cm medium object with coil 55mm ,0.4 , 29 turn with delay max to right and tresh max to right and sense at middle

when i replaced it with coil 22cm ,0.4 , 15 turn it gives no any response with any position

measure Pin 6 in 5534 when there is no any metals around and when you put medium object on the coil with almost no distance

when i touch the sense pot it gives beeb and lol the sensitivity of sens pot is higher than the coil it starts to beeb with my hands at about 10cm away and the max i get with coil was 5 cm away detect

i reduced the no. of turns to 15 turn but still nothing

seems that the luck stops in my way

i made another one and it worked with coil 5.5 cm diameter ,0.4 ,32 turn "for testing" and it can detect medium object at about 2 cm

now i made another coil 22.5 cm diameter ,0.4 , 25 turn but detects nothing none !!

    what is the problem ??

i think its heavy no. turns i will reduce it and try

Might be time to try and find someone who has an oscilloscope that you can borrow, or search for a cheap second hand one to buy.

ummm that's big problem but is this PCB works fine ??

I wish you good luck acting Sherlock. My Surf PI worked flawlessly from the very beginning. And it's probably due to thorough preparation too.
i did check the circuit more than one time and iam sure that there is no short circuit anywhere by the time iam going to make another PCB

It looks like a 1000uF/25V electrolytic, to me, but then I never stuck it out and stayed in engineering school for four years... so what would I know?

edit: Sorry if my tone sounds condescending or even insulting, but you were describing behavior that I thought not just unwise but also unsafe. It would have been irresponsible for me not to call your attention to the danger.

I have had an electrolytic explode and hit me in the face, missing my left eye by about 5cm. A reversed electrolytic is not a joke.
OMG and what happens to your face ?? is it okay ??
iam understanding that you`r talking about my safety i would do the same if i were you
    thanks

for sorry i dont have oscilloscope so by the time iam going to make another PCB and try

    "CAPACITOR VALUES ARE IN MICROFARADS"
(that would make C7 to be 1000uF)

I hope we're talking about the same C7.
no bro this is old schematic here is the new one

and the required cap is 1u not 1000u which means 1000 nf and thats easy to find everywhere i got it from old power supply
