If you are referring to the L2 (receiver). The scheme is the same winding suggested above;
225 1/2 turns
1 step initial point
2 step + 25 1/2 turns - 2.20 uh
3 step + 200 turns - approximately 16 mh.
Measurements taken with the coils inside the potcore.
There is also the "adjust" for the potcore, as may be seen in the image.

Thank you Baterista for your post!
I can only get ceramic trimmers upto 70pf in my place.
Did you use FM Tuning Capacitor-Gang Capacitor for trimmer ? Do they have any capacitance value mentioned?
Can you suggest where to get trimmers?
Also i can't find Q4, Q5, Q7 - BC559/BC179
Any substitutes?
Thanks!

they are usually for 350 to 450 pF, looking at the picture there are 4 capacitors, each with a different value
(C1, C2, C3 and C4), in my measurements I C1 and C2 always found above 250 pF and C3 and C4 of 50 pF below,
measurements are made with the "COM" on the leg between C1 and C2.
As for the BC559 is an silicon transistor PNP common use, may be substituted by;
BC559, BC557, BC513, BC514, BC560, BC214, BC309, BC259,
2SA709, etc..
Leg used as a "com" measurement.

My field tests are done in the same place for all projects.
Pieces of iron, forming a block of 17 cubic centimeters, buried one meter deep.

Has not yet been made a maximum depth test.
Need to dig, dig, dig ...
Hi.
Congratulation for your project.
Before many years i constructed it. It was a good project with good depth but not magic results.
I compared it with a Gemini III and the gemini was better so i keep the Gemini and let it.
Again congratulation for the so good constuction
