I would dare say Minelab fans are not showing good faith promotions for the QED. You missed the point Carl was making.

I would love to see the QED come out and be a better gold detector than Minelabs latest model. But after so many years of bashing Minelab and its users, people have a right to question Dougs public relations and tactics. It has been told that it is going to be ready so many times that it is hard to believe what is going on with the QED.

Just like the Nemesis detector and a few others.

So WM6, do you think Doug is a good person for public relations on the QED?


I was also told Doug wanted one of his sheep to ask this question to me.

If you want to have some fun with patches junior over on geotech you could ask him to point out where in the QED schematic there are" harmonic problems!"

For better resolution of BW schematic, one need to R-click and chose "picture preview", then L-click on schematic for magnifying and then save it.

There is not a huge difference in the analogue sections of PI detectors. Perhaps if you study the HH and circuit description first you may be in a better position to ask about the differences.

For me everything is a question, because i am not PI expert, yet i would like to learn.
What i would like to read here is not answer on one question but author's detailed explanation of all the processes that's going on in.
Of course, we all will understand author's need to keep certain aspects secret.
Other words; i am not asking for a code, but would like to read details on each stage, from front end up to speaker.
As an example; something like Carl did in his HH articles.
That's how we can turn this funny thread in more proper direction.

I never figured anything would come of the qed from the get go.
So I was never waiting for it to get finished. I don't live in a fairy
tale world. I have a detector that does just fine now.

If you would have been paying attention ,I gave up ever seeing
a working detector from your gang over two years ago. I changed
my operation instead of listening to fables by so called inventors.
I actually did have a little faith in one of the forum members and
a certain detector,but that is long gone too.

The little boy that cried wolf,applies very well to you guys.
