    Mohandes, the reason has Porkluvr the fets should be rotated 180 degrees, the resistors are 2M2 or 2.2 Mhoms (red, red, green) The IRF9640 is installed in the same position TIP127 and A14 is correct.

    Mohandes,
    I believe the BF256 are installed backwards. It looks like the PCB was created for 2N5484,5.

    2M2= 2.2MΩ

    (You penciled the IRF9640 pin assignments backwards.)

    [QUOTE=Wilson;172277]Mohandes you will have problems with this PCB, many points in a short circuit and other points too close, check very well compared to the original design.
    How to use the fet BF247A I believe it works, if not we have to leave the original for what we have at hand with characteristics as close as possible.
    Hugs.

    hi my friend
    yes i know because my paper not good and do that,i know these errors but i say thanks for your attention.
    ok i buy bf245 and 256 and 247a and i set on my board and check their works(each times one kind them)

    Hello Mohandes, try fet BF247 preferably with the letter C at the end ok, do not forget to rotate 180 degrees.
    The transistor 2SC2026 is not a Darlington, search Google for characteristic similar to the original.

    MPSA13 Transistor Darlington NPN TO-92 30V 500mA MPSA13
