These questions are correct! My little coil 27 turn (0,5 mm cu wire with laquer insulation) 450uH, ca. 3 ohm resistant, the big one from UTP cable (400 mm diameter), ca. 550 uH, 3x8 turn. Works all well. IRF not warm.

I mean the IRF is the problem.

And +E, -E, middle '0' without coil are OK? I think the IRF is corrupt... Change it to IRF 840.

-There must be sound, whether there is a coil or not(Tested and check T9)

Short-circuit. Always the main reason check it. It works 556? Do you measure a frequency on the 9. foot?
+E, -E, virtual '0'. These values are properly? Join the coil to the electronics first, switch it on then. Oscillates the coil? The oscillator circuit does not live according to me, IRF lets the current across simply. Is IRF getting warm?
Check tying up the rectifiers.

i have 12vdc from buttry
my 556 freq without coil is 320 hz
i think my circit have shor-circuit. but i cant find it

When I set up the circuit without coilو i have current in circuit and the green led is on
But the speakers do not sound
