    Oh yeah?!
I see only happy, relaxed and very stable people here:

Could you make the header box in two parts?
If the required dimensions are available in PDF format, it can be cut from MDF.
      Vacuum-formable ABS plastic
If you mean the enclosure from the last post, ok, I can finish it and "cut" it into 2 parts.
      I thought about it myself.
Give me time, I'll do it.

        DISCLAIMER:
Joking aside, you are right and I agree with you.
Everything that is not legalized - is very risky and dangerous to health.
That is why I am in favor of the legalization and strict control of those substances.
Once the state stands behind such things; everything is subject to standards and control.
The "black market" is disappearing, crime is decreasing and people are generally safer.
Someone might think that I am a big fan of "weed" because I am clearly in favor of legalization here.
The truth is actually more comical than reality!
I've only smoked a "joint" twice in my life and in both cases my stomach came out through my nose and ears!
I don't remember that I suffered more in my life than those two times!
I guess it's because I didn't use a legalized and verified substance, but something from the street, mixed with who knows what kind of garbage and chemistry!
That is why I am in favor of legalization and strict control.

        • Well... what do you know... the thunder and lightning stopped and I "stole" enough time to print the "jig".
It turned out better than I expected, considering this is still PETG.

            • TX coil is ready.
Now is time to search for a wire for RX coil.

              • This is a real situation.
And then (just kidding, because I knew the final outcome) I started DeepSeek and ChatGPT in parallel and gave them the basic data:
18cm is the diameter of the coil body, the wire is 0.32mm (in my case this is debatable, the wire has multiple layers of varnish and my digital caliper is faulty).
So I gave them range from 0.3mm to 0.4mm to calculate.
110 turns (windings), coil section is 10x11.
And what do you think both AIs calculated?
                Ha, ha, ha!
Both gave totally different and absolutely wrong calculations that deviate from reality by more than 50% !!!!!
                So much for Ai...
If humanity relies on AI; we have totally failed and are plunging into the abyss!
                ...
After all... this is not the forum for those stories, but I simply have to mention the massive cases of destruction of civilian objects and killing of innocent civilians in the wars
                that are happening right now.
                Do you know why?
I am up to date with first hand data.
You won't hear this on the mainstream media.
Namely... the suicide drones are directed via the main "master" drone which is very high in the sky.
That drone has a direct link to Starlink.
The suicide drones have their own customized "AI" that recognizes the shapes and types of military equipment and objects.
However, it very often happens that they lose connection with the main "master" drone.
And then they continue on their way and choose a target based on the assessment of their own AI.
And instead of a military goal (which is not there); The AI of such a drone chooses a civilian building or vehicle according to some of its own logic.
Western mainstream media must not report on this.
But there is too much civilian destruction and casualties.
90% of that is due to the "AI" in modern drones.
Who followed; he noted that I am a very vocal advocate against the serious use of AI.
As always throughout history, there is too much haste with new technologies.
Man has no patience, he is always in a race against time.
                Why?
For money, power and dominance on the planet.
As much as some of you are totally into AI... I still maintain that AI is only useful as a slightly more advanced calculator.
And here in the case of my TX coil is not even useful for that.
One AI calculated me 2.2mH and 13 ohms and the other one calculated 8mH and 20 ohms ???
I've lost all will to prompt the other AIs at my disposal.
Long post. But some things I just can't bear not to write.
Will you trust your life to an AI car?
                Or AI surgery?
Or an AI prescriber of therapies.
Ask yourself a little about this.
There is a general craze for AI on the planet.
I seem to be the only one who claims that it is all one big BS and that there is too much of a rush to doom.

                  • Back to the topic.
The super glue did the job better than I expected.
And what I feared the most; luckily it didn't happen.
And that is for the super glue to penetrate through the self-adhesive paper tape and permanently glue the wire to the plastic.
And coincidentally, it worked out well that the "jig" was 3D printed with PETG because it is much more resistant to pressure and bending than PLA.
I've worked with PLA for a long time and I'm 100% sure that the "jig" would crack in several places and after disassembly I could just throw away the leftover plastic.
PETG proved to be good. The "jig" remained usable and undamaged for the next RX coil.

                    • Is it possible that I am the only one making this detector? Is there anyone else, any progress?

                      • I installed it and made some progress, but I'm currently very far from my workshop. I'll still send you a video today.

                              • Very promising, even more; air ranges are excellent.
But something is wrong with the sound.
It is possible that a component is not working, wrong specs or faulty.
