    Sorry I saw your post late.
    If the pulse width and cycle length are stable, then what you show on the oscillograms is very similar to a malfunction in the input circuit (partial discharge).
    Check for problems with the damping resistor and the serial resistor and the health of the clamp diodes.
    If they are OK, it is most likely a shortening of the cable or between some turns of the coil.
    Try a different coil and cable.​

    PS:Also check the space between the incoming rails, mostly around the high-voltage rail (MOSFET drain).

          i change coil but its the same problem
          i am beginner but i think the problem is from the mosfet is fake. i don't have other one to change it
