And yes, you can use BC547B - no idea about 2N7000.

In using 2n7000, you can apply it ! Pls check the position of leads !

You should connect
the Led and 1k series resistor directly to the microcontroller pin, BEFORE the capacitor

Obs. Maybe the diode is not necessary, according F117

Upon general request: how to attach extra LEDs

- An extra LED to pin 7 = DETECT ON every time a target is detected. This is static high or low.
- Extra LED to the audio output pin 11 : when no target is detected, this LED will be 1 second ON and 1 second OFF ( 0.5 Hz)
