Hi Algan.
This detector's depth for detecting a coin is very shallow using a 28cm coil. This detector is designed to detect larger objects. You'll need to try a larger coil or a 1mx1m frame. I tested with a 1mx1m frame, and a 0.33cl Coca-Cola can was detected at 80cm. The coil I used wasn't specifically designed for this detector. I don't have any further details yet.

Thanks Eduardo. I recently spoke to a guy who had the original Pulse Star 2 and asked him what the depth was. He told me that a 10cm x 10cm PCB with a 1meter x1 meter frame in the air is 1 meter deep.
