With 0.85 maybe to work. I know many people that made the coil with 1.5mm with very good results.
Here at Greece, we use the PI detectors only with Big coils (1x1 or 2x2 m)

Ok i got the picture. By the way, if i use a F meter, where i should connect it?
    Thanks

I have 3 fr counters and only one (hand made) shows the real frequency. The other two reads duble frequency....

    Hi KT315.
Can you tell me what were your results with 1X1 meter coil and what are the values to try to build one.
By the way my delta pulse is now working. I also whant to know how to masure the frequency?
    In advance many thanks

    10cm x 10cm at 1.3m

cool! it's a magic but this is only 'at air' test, Tarsos. in ground you will get something another.

D2B and D3B "Q" outputs should look alike except for a DELAY on D3B.

D3B output must first have an input from D3A on pin 11, so check pin 11. And check the diode VD6.

Nelson, you have outputs from all the 4538s but one? Check the diode VD6 on 4538 D3B-14. Diodes VD5 and VD6 allow D2B and D3B to share the same timing components R8 and C5. TR5 signal should look just like TR4.
