Thank you , this is maybe the simplest version of the Pirat. Mine is almost the same but with a 14 pin russian ic instead of the 8 pin TL072.
I cannot wait till next week when my parts arrive, i think i will try this version because i have TL082 as replacement.

Im confused because one is with 14 pins and one with only 8 pins.

      Thanks.

I only see two words in russian (in the schematic):
            частота - frequency
            длительность - delay

            мкф - micro farad

i need to know where the potentiometer are. And i made the mistake that i used the half of an other schematic, now i have the 1 Watt 220 Ohm resistor in the middle.
Which capacitor is behind the ic? Is this the 4,7uF electrolytic?

Here is a picture from what i have made until now. I still have the 220R mounted i dont know how much watts.
I dont have a 360R 0,5 watt, can i replace it with something?

Some resistors are different, maybe because of the layout and/or the different ic. Im not an expert, im new to electronics.

R11 and R8 are the pots. looks like only two legs being used on R11 Can't find 8.

I see 3 Pots in the russian parts list: 500 Ohm, 100K and 50K.

I have used resistors where the pots belong to, I need to change them.

R8 is in the middle between the two black strips. It is the 360/390 one?
Do you think i can use a 500 ohm potentiometer for it?

It would work. Just not as fine adjustment. I only see two pots in the parts list. I'm lost in this mess. LOL I have too many damn Schematics.Click image for larger version

Just use the zip folder from Hammerhead. P7,P12,P13 but i dont know what this russian word means above the Pots or Resistors.
I think i need to improvise because i just have 10K,100K,500k,1K potentiometers and i just have one resistor which is 1 watt or more and this is the 220 one which was the only one in my first schematic.

I have the same problems with the different schematics/layouts, its driving me insane. The one from the radioskot kit has just one pot.
I saw that the people connect the two pots together.

I still dont know where i need to connect them.

Whats then R8? is it a fix resistor?

I was looking with google and i cant find a 1,8 Megaohm Pot.

Thanks a lot, which size is the pot?
I see that i need resistors with more watt.

Just use 1/4 W resistors on every thing but the Damping. Looks like Reclaimed Parts sources. I do it all the time (Trash Technology) .Click image for larger version
