Can you tell me what was error in your TGSL EDU ?
50 s delay or low depth of detection ?

You have bought it from Silverdog also ?
You slided coils to more overlap and you ajusted it to best depth (range) in air
and then you glued it ?
Do you have ALL METAL mode and DISC. mode ?

i have same problem like you before!
so i play slide the coil and try to detect to coin 10cen in air 25cm then when the detection get on 25cm im off it
then i on back again try that ar any error or not when on the TGSL so dont have error i have glue it with epoxy
now i get malaysian 10cen 25cm in air

I have a weird problem with my TGSL EDU from Silverdog
powers up and detection starts 50seconds after that.
It has 12V, 8V and -6V where it should... power is from battery 12V 7Ah

It has some issues...
low depth 1 EURO coin on 16 cm
2 EURO on 2 cm in notch mode

2 - You can find on the internet are many projects that are made in it.
3 - You can plan and simulate their circuits directly in the environment.
4 - Easily find the full package in many torrent sites
5 - There are hundreds of videos on Youtube teaching uses it.
6 - Also it is very easy to create new components, although there is a huge library in the package.
Tabalho the area many years and know almost all the most famous software from the Tango, Pcad, Altium, Eagle etc. ..
Before anyone says anything, I am not a seller of any software ..
