Be sure include 100pF pin-8 to ground, or it will not be a good thing.

Him not ApBurg? Well, call me pigliver. Yeah, it was late.

    ApBerg + Berenburg = ApBurg

ivconic + Deus = ZERO finds (due constant raining here! )

PLAGUE! Damn plague lately! I am prisoned for too long in the house, must go out soon!

    Cheers!

    It's ApBerg - not ApBurg!

    Yes, loops; most probably.
Now you know why i made so much pcb versions for TGSL in the past!
Jammer is a hell of a gadget... in given situations and under given conditions!

I maked tgsl with attach pic version
It sensed a small gold coin under 20cm in air and it was low in my mind
I tried to make a 40cm coil for it but i cant reach 16.5 khz on rx
When i tried to reach 16.5 khz ,its inductance was 4.2 mh and my tgsl componnent was over-heating on 22 ohm resistor in speaker section and it burned
I used 0.25 wire for its.
    please help me

    Thank you

Sorry for not answering, i just saw that this is addressed to me. (Don't have habit to follow these topics on daily bases lately, too much other things to do...)
Small gold ring at ~20cm in air is not that bad result after all.
It is not mandatory you to insist strictly on exact inductances.
4.2 mH yet is too low for TGSL.
40cm coil will not improve nothing at TGSL, Porkluvr is right.
I was most satisfied with 27cm DD as largest for TGSL. 25cm will do also.
Don't expect "meters" with TGSL because it is not designed as that.
Main TGSL advantage is very fine behavior and excellent DISC/GEB features.
But, in case you want to boost it as much as possible; than please visit IGSL topic and see second version with modified TX and TX coil with 1mH inductance. Use that TX on TGSL.
It will need you to make quite different coil and TX setup on it, but it will work just fine with a bit of trimming.

Static load... whatever that may be - most probably yes!
I think such behavior appears due not very well optimised circuitry, some component with greater tolerance, some wrong value, maybe some internal loops (pcb, housing etc...)
It is not rare and it is not strictly related only to hand made detector. I've experienced that even with few originals in the past.
Or... maybe some of other guys had hidden jammer in his pocket! How about that?
