Nice work!
What is the weight of the coil by itself, and the whole unit?
Would like to see a vid of it in operation.

Yes. Mine turned out to be a bad solder joint. You may have a dead channel, but no way of knowing without chasing it down with a scope. Maybe start by looking at your disc channel?

haha... lack of sleep finishing this board makes my see crazy things.. its actually approximately 34 cm , sure, ill post some picture when i finish with the detector stem.,Originally posted by Fabian View PostGlad sukri01. For me it was also more comfortable that size, that is the only difference with the design of Eduardo. On the other hand, I finally never tried with the two tones, despite having the board ready, with all components in place ...
Good luck with your project and if you can, post some pictures in the forum.
regards,
Fabian
PS: 31"? Are you sure?

or place a small piece of foil somewhere at the overlap gap to influence the null procedure while looking on your multimeter you will find the right placesOriginally posted by Qiaozhi View PostYes. Simply remove a turn from one of the coils and use this as the adjustable loop.

TGSL Edu small
Sukri01 asked me about a PCB for TGSL Edu I did a while, and I noticed that I had never posted. Here it is. Is the original design of Eduardo, only a little smaller and it works.

Fabian

On some Ive tipped the resin in and observed it change. You can push one of the coil bundles thru the resin with a lolly stick to retune a little. Keep the phase, rather than tiny null. S
