These questions are correct! My little coil 27 turn (0,5 mm cu wire with laquer insulation) 450uH, ca. 3 ohm resistant, the big one from UTP cable (400 mm diameter), ca. 550 uH, 3x8 turn. Works all well. IRF not warm.

but not work
and current in circuit is zero

and my coil ohms is 3.4 ohm
3.4 ohm is match with informations ( r6 and r5 ) ?

Prepare a picture from IRF neighbourhood. I revised it the sch. It may be IRF only according to me, if without a coil not short-circuit.

450uH, 3,4 Ohm and work fine.

The frequencies is ca. 500Hz. If the freq. low the IRF warming with low resistant coil.
