dualside pcb

I totally felt in love with Deltapulse singelside ,and i would like to have its child.
the smaller dualside pcb.

ANYONE who can make me a good doubleside pcb and sell me,
seems like none here in sweden can or will make it with me.

i got some LF 357 for a bonus

canari

this problem occur on my goldpic3 when i try out a 74xxx4066
then it start sound like a canari and loose sound when i present some metal to it

my deltapulse have been working evry day ,,i have tested and playd with it evry day now..
what 4066 are they using..i dont know but,,sounds like a default chip
and do they use a LF357 ??

i can only find 3 persons with this problem
when i tryed a blown 4066 on my test goldpic3 ..sound does incrase
in a high pitch canary get killed
because i also blow one on goldpic and tryed a 74xxx4066,,and tested that on my goldpic3..
,,so might thats why irf740 and diode get warm ??

Sometimes, when somebody specifies a "4066" they assume that the CD4066 is understood.

Don't you have about 20V on the Goldpic-3 IC4-14?
Observe the "Absolute Maximum Ratings" on the datasheet for whatever part you have. (74HCT4066?) If it's less than the pin-14 voltage, there is your problem.

When these devices overstress there is always the possibility that whatever they are connected to will also take a hit.

I finished single side DP.but when i run it after few second NE556 is
very very hot and if dp is not Off NE556 will be burn!
what is problem?i checked direction of diode ,Tr,Ic,electrolit capacitor all of
them are correct i confuse.pls guide me

yes, 'my' diagram is another than 'original' because I rendered it to what I am really seeing on my o-scope screen and did wish to get. if it is wrong... you can change RC values and get what you would be get.

do preliminary/first power-on WITHOUT T1 IRF740! desolder T1 now off! you must get Tr2 and Tr3 signals VERY CLEAR via o-scope AT FIRST - look the diagram! you will get a very great hot problem if Tr3 signal instead the impulse will be some 'opened'/positive DC voltage!
