You will find the "magnum" metal detector.There is construction info about the omega coil.
Basically the TX coil is like a big omega letter, then the RX is the size of the center loop of the omega and positioned to achieve nulling.

But if taking longer plans shots it is still useable, yet not suitable for close plans. Look an example; here am i romancing old Byzant thomb. Already robbered by some previous prospectors. only thing i founded there was borken skull. I collected fragments carefully and burried back on its place.

Nice article.
Omega coil or whatever called, is very nice for pinpointing.I made few so far.It is easy to apply faraday cage on it and even more easy to null it.

Yes on the picture you sent IMHO you really ressemble him (or the contrary ).
From Terminator he was made of metling metal.Are you ? bad for detecting...

Coil you mentioned was obviously patented (see Azizs previous DeepTech link) by Mustafa Uzman, the seller of MD Atlantis Imperator on eBay.

Regarding HQ pots on your photos not to cheap made MD such Imperator?

Thanks for the description and visualisation. I know now what omega coil is.

But what is input parameters (how coil shape is influenced in visual xyz results?)?
What happen if you put third cold coil somewhere in field, can you to define it?
